Project Description
NO ONE LEFT BEHIND
This winter, as the cold tightens its grip on Odesa, a mobile first aid station has become a beacon of hope for those who cannot properly care for their health. Dozens of people have already sought help – many arriving with severe injuries, untreated wounds, burns, and frostbite.
For some, the mobile unit is the difference between suffering in silence and receiving critical medical attention. In the most severe cases, patients are transferred to medical facilities for specialized care. But when there’s a chance to save a limb, to preserve mobility, or to prevent life-threatening infections, volunteers do everything possible — providing transport, wound care, and ongoing medical support.
This vital work is made possible by those who care — people who donate medications, resources, and time to keep the mobile unit running. Thanks to this collective effort, an ambulance now serves as a moving sanctuary of medical aid on the streets of Odesa, ensuring that no one is left to suffer alone.
